Rum

Produced all over the world where there is sugar cane, there is sugar molasses rum from mainly the Caribbean, agricultural rum made from sugar cane juice distilled mainly in the French islands and Cachaça from sugar cane juice only Brazilian and generally less alcoholic.
The rums range from light and “dry,” which means less sugar and aging, to darker and richer, aged in wooden barrels to give deeper colors and flavors.
