Irish Whiskey

Made from barley and wheat and distilled three times, unlike Scotch whiskies which are distilled twice, Irish Whiskey is aged for at least 3 years in oak barrels and hence often “smoother”. Here written with an “e” at the end of Whiskey, another thing that differentiates it from Scotch Whisky.
